The Town of Wiggins currently provides water service to residents and bills for service monthly.
Water meters are read around the 10th of every month
Water/Sewer utility bills are mailed out on the 25th of each month
Water/Sewer utility bills are due the 15th of each month.
Late fees of $15 are not incurred until after the 5 day grace period.

Pay with a check online through Invoice Cloud or drop it in our utility payment box by the flagpole.
Pay inside the Town Hall M-F 8:30AM-4:30PM
Invoice Cloud Payments
Use the following steps to register and begin using Invoice Cloud for payments and automatic withdrawals.
- Click on "Sign In" in the top right corner.
- Click on "Register Now" on the right half of the page.
- Insert your account number WITHOUT the decimal point. Insert your preferred email and create a password.
- Unclick paperless billing IF you do not want to go paperless. If you choose to go paperless, your monthly bill will be emailed to the email you use to create your account.
- Click on "Complete Registration"

If you are a Real Estate Company, Management Company, or Title Company seeking a final bill, please select the link below to request your final bill.
