Renew AND Apply for 2024 Contractor License

The Cascade software program for contractor license renewals has been reinstated to renew licenses for 2024.  Contractors may click on the button below to log into Cascade with the steps listed OR you may email the documents listed below and staff will process the renewals on Cascade for you.  

RENEW ON CASCADE OPTION:

Please have the following documents ready for uploading in the application process.

  • Current Certificate of Liability Insurance matching the following requirements:

    • Naming the Town of Wiggins as the Certificate Holder

    • Not less than $250,000 injury or death to one person, $500,000 for injury or death to more than one person in a single accident or event, and $125,000 public property damage insurance.

  • Affidavit of Lawful Presence   CLICK HERE

  • Driver's license (jpg or pdf format)

  • State of Colorado Master Electrical License or Plumber's License (if applicable)
  1. CLICK THIS LINK TO ENTER CASCADE     CASCADE LINK

  2. Click Licenses in the left hand menu options

  3. Click on your old license number

  4. Click on the Yellow 'Renew License' at the top of the screen under your Business Name.

  5. Select your License Template and Save

  6. Your new screen should have a license application for 2024.  Insert and update your Contractor and Business information.  Upload all of your documents for your license renewal.  Save and Submit.  

  7. Cascade will email the building department immediately.  Staff will review your documents and reach out to you regarding your payment.

    • You do not need to pay the contractor license fee if your business only does electrical or plumbing installation or repairs.

Online Payments

1.      go to https://townofwiggins.colorado.gov/  

2.      click on the “Pay Online” - it will take you to our payment portal

3.      Select “Licenses”

4.      Insert your information

5.      Insert your Company name for your account number

6.      Select “Contractor’s License” on the drop down.

7.      Click “Add to List”.

8.      Click on “Review Your Information”

9.      Click on the “Add Selected Invoices”

10.  Click on “Proceed to Payment” 

11.  Select “Continue to Payment Information”

12.  Follow the instructions on the next page for payment information.

13.  SEND ME THE PRINTER FRIENDLY PAYMENT RECEIPT WITH YOUR DOCUMENT ATTACHMENTS
